D-Max Engineering, Inc. was founded in 1996 to serve the needs of the growing storm water industry. During this period we have worked closely with over 18 municipal storm water Copermittees in San Diego and Orange counties. Our staff are very familiar with the requirements of various municipal storm water permits issued in Southern California, as well as statewide general permits for industrial businesses and construction activities. We are proud to be a part of preserving and protecting the natural resources of our community, one of the world’s most beautiful areas.
