Arsalan Dadkhah

Dr. Dadkhah has more than 30 years of Civil Engineering experience with an emphasis in water quality, hydraulics, and hydrology. He has managed a variety of storm water programs and studies in San Diego County since the issuance of the 1990 Municipal Storm Water Permit.
