D-Max has successfully completed over 25,000 industrial, commercial, and treatment control best management practice inspections for the City of San Diego. Our team has managed and implemented the industrial and commercial business inspection program since 2004 and the treatment control BMP inspection program since 2008.
Beyond basic program implementation D-Max delivers presentations to regulated business about industrial permit requirements. We also perform watershed pilot projects to assess effectiveness of new inspection approaches. These studies include inspecting automotive shops at various frequencies to assess the effect of inspection frequency on compliance and a property-based inspection approach to inspected properties with multiple inventoried businesses as tenants.
D-Max works with City IT staff and consultants to develop business requirements, clean and standardize data, and complete new system testing for creation of an industrial/commercial component in the City’s SAP enterprise asset management system.
