The D-Max team includes Qualified Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Developers (QSDs), who can write SWPPPs and Water Pollution Control Plans (WPCPs) for public improvement construction projects, including those subject to the current California Construction General Permit. We regularly represent clients in regional workgroup meetings and in meeting with San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) staff, responding to audits, and negotiating permit requirements. We also interface with the RWQCB on behalf of our clients.
