More about D-MAX

D-MAX specializes in providing storm water management services to municipal agencies, primarily in San Diego County.  In recent years we have expanded to work with clients in Riverside, Imperial, and Orange counties.  A few key points about us are below:

  • We develop long term relationships with our clients, serving as their trusted advisors. We have been working for many of our clients continuously since the inception of D-MAX in 1996.  Customer service and taking care of our clients are key values.
  • As a smaller company, we work together closely as a team, and we can make decisions more quickly than larger organizations.
  • We offer generous bonuses/profit sharing to outstanding employees. When someone brings in more work and contributes to D-MAX’s success, we make sure they share in that success.
  • We work for many different clients; you will have the opportunity for variety and new challenges.
  • We respect the boundaries between work and home life. While occasionally we work long hours, e.g., when necessary to meet deadlines, we do not regularly work weekends or late into the evenings.  We believe that people need rest and to disconnect from their jobs to be fully productive when they are at work.

Our services include storm water program planning, hydrology and hydraulics studies, plan review, storm water BMP conceptual design and modeling, regulatory inspection programs for municipal agencies, water quality monitoring, grant writing and management, stream restoration planning, annual reporting, and overall program and regulatory support.
